• Job is rated Medium. Must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to reach, bend, stand, sit, stoop, push, pull, walk and use required equipment, including a pallet jack

This position qualifies for the following compensation & benefits for full-time work:

Starting rate: $18.00 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $20.25 per hour. Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

• If 18 years or older, eligibility to participate in a Retirement Savings Plan (401k or Roth IRA) at the entry dates (January 1st or July 1st). Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.
